Prioritising Your Safety

In light of recent health and safety warnings regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our team are vigilantly evaluating how to navigate this global pandemic and ensure all necessary precautions are taken.

The Absolute Restoration existing and added protocols implemented to protect you, your property and our team are as follows:

Self Hygiene

In the case that a technician is suffering from any flu-like symptoms, it will be unsuitable for them to attend occupied properties.
When proceeding with an appointment, hand sanitiser and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are utilised by all technicians.

• Long sleeves
• Enclosed footwear
• Protective face mask
• Gloves
• Safety glasses

Making an Appointment

Prior to confirming a time for your appointment with The Absolute Restoration, our team will ask you a series of precautionary questions.

1. Are you or anyone in the property experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath?
2. Are you or anyone in the property currently self-isolating?
3. Have you or anyone in the property travelled to China, South Korea, Italy, Iran or a country considered to pose a risk of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) transmission in the past 14 days?
4. Have you or anyone in the property had contact with an individual suspected of having COVID-19?
